Senior Expertise, Backed by a Network
As an independent boutique consultant, Kamal combines deep personal expertise with access to a trusted network of senior industry professionals and academic collaborators. This enables him to provide clients with both continuity and breadth, drawing in the right disease-area specialists and methodologists to deliver rigorous, tailored evidence-based solutions.

We value scientific rigor, collaboration, and adaptability. Our approach is rooted in deep training and ongoing experience in biostatistics, epidemiology, and health economics, which allows us to bring strong methodological standards to every project. We also look beyond traditional approaches, drawing on cross-disciplinary experience to identify and implement innovative methods while being clear about their strengths, limitations, and acceptability to agencies, industry, and clients.
We believe successful projects depend on strong relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication. Clients are essential partners in the work, and we prioritize clear expectations, defined roles, active listening, and thoughtful problem-solving to move projects forward effectively.
Because HEOR projects require both technical precision and involve a measure of uncertainty, we remain adaptable throughout the process.
We are prepared to adjust scope or direction when data gaps or methodological challenges arise, while still keeping quality and practical usefulness at the center of the work.
